EDPB publishes three guidelines after public consultation

The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has published new guidelines after public consultation.

For example, the EDPB clarifies the controller’s responsibilities when a data exporter also acts like a processor. Moreover, the EDPB describes the meaning of “data importer in a third country”. Finally, the Board publicized guidelines regarding certification as a tool for transfers and deceptive design patterns on social media.
